Great communication and transparency. We hired them for a full sand and replace some damaged boards. On the day of the job, the crew was great, notified us of what they were doing, and left the house spotless. It's been a month and the floors still look great. Very happy with my floors. Carpet had been down since the 60"s. The floors had water stains, uneven color, and were drab & dull. After one day, the floors were rejuvenated beyond what I thought they could be without sanding. THANK YOU! Ryan was great to work with. Kept you informed. Hi Heather, We have a couple options. Each floor and job is different so there is no standardized answer. We custom quote each job to provide the most competitive quote we can. Our one day Sandless option or our Full Dustless Sand/Stain if you are looking for a custom color or have a floor with more extensive repairs or additional install work. Yes we can. There is a travel fee with jobs outside 30 miles from Spokane Valley. The fee depends on how many days the job will require and some other factors so please call to discuss. Thanks, Ryan
