I have 4 phone lines through T-Mobile and this location is messed up. I came in earlier today and a new lady helped me switch over one of the phone lines when I left it didn’t work. I called they told me I had to come back but kept helping other customers that were behind me making me wait. The only guy that was working here at this exact time seen me but helped another customer that was behind me. I think it was so disrespectful and unprofessional.

Ask for Zack B. This kid was going 100 miles an hour trying his hardest to get everyone taken care of. He was able to resolve all issues. He has a pleasant personality as well. He had an angry customer storm into the store while I was there; I was impressed with how he calmed him down, and, within minutes took care of the issue. The customer was smiling when he left.
