This is the second week in a row USPS had a package to deliver to me and both times they have come up our dead end road stopped in front of my house and then left marking my package as delivered but it was not. It wasn’t even delivered to any of the other houses in my plan as I went to check. They also said they delivered a smaller package of my in my mailbox which of course it’s not there either. I am also missing a debt card that was to be delivered and never was. This is out of control and needs to be handled. I’m tired of having to call and deal with people to get my package. I ordered something and expect it by the delivery date. This is pure laziness.

Pathetic. Delivery that never actually happens then an act of Congress to get assistance. No wonder they are Bankrupt.

NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE , picks up and hangs up ! Alway so called under staff. Mail truck takes forever !

Either go online and do a change of address form there or go into the post office and ask for the form.
About $80 for 6 months. They will give you the form to fill out then get payment and assign you a box. Takes about 20-30 minutes to complete the whole process..
It means they didn't have any other option to say didn't deliver it. It will show up next day most likely. Gotta love it.
You need to stop by the post office and ask them.
No only English is spoken
You may need to contact the main post office number or go down there to chat. We have similar situations and we had to have a special account and tine to meet with USPS each day. You can go to the counter but you will be there for quite some time
You need your birth certificate or last passport if you are a US citizen as well as your driver's license. You must fill out DS-82 or DS-11 I believe.
