This place is amazing. It’s what I want my heaven to look like 🥰❤️🥰❤️🥰 Teri is one of the most precious, generous, extremely informed and an incredibly generous women I’ve ever met. I’m having some issues with two of my birds and she literally welcomed us in and talked to us for well over an hour and coached us in what to do to help us and them be healthy beautiful babies. She gave us food and some probiotics for their little belly’s and a bag of nuts. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this lady and her rescue. ALL!!! And I mean ALL of her birds were healthy and required her to touch and give them love as she walked us around showing us what sshe has so much passion for! So anyone with anything bad to say on this rescue is just plan wrong. And you should go and volunteer and see what this place is truly about! Thank you so much Teri! We will see you very soon to start helping out around there! We love you! And my babies are going to love me coming home with all these goodies! ❤️ You are simply amazing!

A great group of people! Definitely care and dedicated to rehoming these wonderful birds. I originally was looking at another organization much larger but found these folks close to home and felt very comfortable with the level of care and quality they provide.

Top notch we moved from Seattle and were looking for information on the best bird vet around so we stopped by just to see if they could help us fast forward we seen the way their birds were treated and were not a bird mill they truly care about the birds and are very careful about where the birds go when rehomed and that they are well cared for when rehomed if someone needs help solving a problem with their bird they will do their best to help out ! We have had birds for around forty years and know how much love and effort it takes to keep birds healthy and happy and Kikis' does a xlnt job ! We like the way it runs that we now volunteer to help out a couple days a week

My husband and I have been volunteering at kikis for over three years.We seen an African grey for adoption in the hickory daily record and fell in love with him before we even seen him in person.I already had an African grey that was a rescue and Sammy needed a friend so we went to get Dominic.We volunteered as she requested to acquire him and decided to keep volunteering after the adoption.We have since adopted two more greys from kikis.We absolutely love them!!All the birds are taken care of very well at kikis.
