Absolutely top tier food. One of the best lunch spots Hickory has ever had. Exceptional quality food with very little wait. You owe it to yourself to try out Hatch.

I know pork belly,pappadew pepper's ,provolone and salami is an unconventional twist on a Cuban but you could at least put on pressed Cuban bread not on texas toast dripping in grease. Don't call it a Cuban. The pork belly ban mi was a veggie sandwich. Very little pork with and an overwhelming amount ot carrots and cilantro. Pork belly itself was quite bland. The "non Cuban" was OK but was quite large but the carrot sandwich (ban mi) was certainly not worth the money.Will give it one more chance in the future.
