Customer service was horrible, attempted delivery about four times and there was always something missing. The guys who dropped it off verbally said this isn’t my problem. Customer service over the phone was bad as well, their escalation process means nothing. I’m going to the corporate level, because they have yet to send out someone to look at why our tempurpedic is not cooling. Bad business all in all. We will not recommend anyone to shop here, just off of the delivery process alone. Kate I really wish your people cared about the customer

I would not come here or to any City Furniture. I honestly used to love them but unfortunately they ruined their reputation. Long story short, I bought a bedroom set, that their own workers damaged it and after three months of battling with them they approved us to “reselect” a new set however this was just a trick to get us to spend more money because they had nothing in stock and what they did have was not to our liking. They refused to refund us for something they were at fault. The staff at this furniture place was the worst experience especially with the manager Saadia Romero which is a sneaky liar she comes off nice and “helpful” but thats deceiving, don’t be fooled. The only person who was really kind and tried to do his best was the sales person Edwin Guzman he was truly honest and did everything he could. Unfortunately overall after speaking with customer service and dealing with these people I would never recommend or buy anything from them again.
