Worse experience I’ve had going to this store. I’ve been a client for years. The young guy with the tattoos, the manager, always did his best to take care of the customers. This new manager just trains her employees to sell items we don’t need or want. The fish section is terrible. Matthew is the only bright spot in the entire store. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Lots of pet stores nearby. Petco is less than a mile away, I suggest ppl go there instead.

I have to say this!! The management that it was before was awful that’s why we stopped going to this location but since that miss Kimberly is here I came back and let me tell you she is super awesome, friendly,kind and very professional.. We would definitely come to this location from now on!! She makes us feel welcome..
