Pick up the garbage so fast that the can doesn't empty completely into the truck and trash ends up on the street. Then they put the can down on top of the trash they spilled on the street.

Give supervisor Angel Perez a raise ! Im a tentant at Bella Villas in Hialeah and our building recently switched trash companies. I never saw an employee from the other company do what Mr. Perez did on Monday. We had a lot of trash bags around the enclosure because the cans were full. Monday the trash truck came and picked up the trash from the cans but not the extra bags on the ground. It was a lot of bags and the driver was by himself so maybe that’s why he didn’t spend time picking all that up. I later saw Mr. Perez come and pick up all those extra bags from the ground and all around the bins. We have 2 trash bins on both ends of the building and he cleaned both enclosures. Yesterday , even though it wasn’t our pick up day, the driver came again and picked up what the gentleman cleaned up from the ground . I am sure he called the driver and told him to come pick up or something before we filled them up again. The building president was the one that got me his information, since I was watching all this from my balcony. As a concerned tenant , I am glad we have WastePro as our trash company.

Called to get missing Recycle Bin, replaced, as someone took it. Today, they brought a gray bin, and dumped out, all the grass clippings, over my bushes.
