When we moved to this apartment 4 month ago I reported that the washing machine was making a very loud noise, however, maintenance said that the noise was completely normal. A month ago the washing machine broke and the condominium does not repair it or provide a solution. They say that they are waiting for the vendor to fix it and that they don't know when he will be able to come. It is already the fourth time that I had to go to the coin laundry. Also the stove started beeping uncontrollably 15 days ago and the oven doesn't work. Nobody gives feedback or update the report in the system, we had to walk 4 times to the office but nothing is done. Is this a good service? Update. Finally, they fixed the laundry machine after two months of reporting it. There was no need to wait for the vendor. They also changed the stove a month after I reported it.

Very insecure. Vehicles are stolen at night. Anyone can enter. There are no surveillance systems. Garbage in all areas

I have lived there for over 5 years . I've had a different experience You're right about them not picking up phones called but had issues with my apartment in the past and yes it does take time sometimes to get things fixed but they have.
Expensive and maintenance is not perfect and they will charge unnecessarily after moving. There is no proof for such bills
For the most part security is good but don't expect to see police patrol just a bunch of golf carts and speakers
Yes it is . Use a fob.
