I'm honestly very disappointed right now. This apartment building is not particularly clean, and despite our repeated requests, neither the dryer door nor the closet doors have ever been fixed. Additionally, the complex is filthy; there is a lot of dust, trash, and food spills throughout the corridors. I feel unsafe because there is no security in the pool area and people frequently enter without permission. A homeless man was just spotted sleeping in the gym, and I've also seen him before in the pool area. The visitor intercom has been broken for more than three months. Nobody ever picks up when I call for maintenance, and they never call me back. Yes, I've noticed that they're implementing new initiatives like hosting food trucks or yoga sessions, but it seems to me that they should pay more attention to cleanliness, service and safety. They frequently send out newsletters, but none of them provide a contact email for comments or inquiries. Amazing place for pets thought!

We moved when TOWN Luxury apartments were very happy, my husband my son and I. They took care of the green areas, the corridors looked clean, the maintenance guys were super attentive and diligent. Now the service in the office like Arabelle is lousy, rarely they are available they are always out of service, the horrible dirty hallways, they are renting to people who have nothing to do with it, this place has nothing to do with luxury. Before, those in the office were nice, now they have some people who are too unpleasant. The very delayed maintenance service provides poor service. We finish the contract in March and we are going to leave. Already that dream of living in a good place as we think, does not exist, better because that must be that life has definitely prepared something better for us.

First of all, the price that you see is different. When you visit there, they would give higher price for rent. Not welcoming atmosphere and not friendly. I went there to see a studio and they said not available to show right now but one bedroom. So I asked to show the one bed at least then. Suddenly he said not available to show because it's raining and it will occur safety issue. I went there after I got their message to remind just right 2hrs ago. And drove down there even its was raining. They would just reschedule or cancel this if tir they would be like this. Very disappointing as same as other reviews.

It's a beautiful and amazing community. I love new management, they make a lot of improvements. I recommend it.
