Expressions like if you don't like it move, if you keep complaining won't renew your lease Keep raising rent even though they have in the budget for the Covid won't increase rent. Takes years to finish projects. It was a seniors place when my mother moved there now they're trying to increase her rent if she wants to fix carpet. They want in her new lease to be responsible for all the old outdated equipment she has in her apartment.

I lived here 5 year and it’s a great place. The roaches are insane 😩 That’s literally my only complaint. Everything else about pines place is amazing 🤩
