Dr Sheldon did my surgery over 15 years ago, had a very good experience back then. Things have changed since then!!!! I had an apt today for 130pm at 445pm still had not seen the doctor. The red flag should have been yesterday when I got a voice mail telling to call 30 mins before my apt to see if they were running behind or not. I did not have my insurance card with me so that delayed my intake and that’s the blame the desk gave me. I understood that added extra 20 mins getting me signed in but not over 3.5 hours. Clearly they have issues with time management would not recommend

Called to say up appointment. Receptionist wasnt helpful at all. Asked her if office was off I75 because I wanted to find closest route. She told me "just Google the address" Really! You work there everyday and dont know if office is closer to I75. Just rude like she doesnt want to be there answering the phone. Bad first impression

The only person that knows anything in this place is Dr sheldon, the rest are terrible people who do not care for you health, the PI or assistant is the most clueless human being alive, never recommend this place to anyone
