The Absolute Worse place to live !!! They tow your car from your ASSIGNED parking space! Place is also poorly maintained, and appliances are extremely old !!! The staff is so rude, unpleasant and not very intelligent. They have raised rent by over 50% in one shot !!!

This place is a horrible place to LIVE THEY do not abide by the Florida tenant law they don’t fix anything they have buildings that are infested with bugs and spiders also termites and they decided to cancel the tent over the other buildings after only doing two buildings the balcony’s are falling apart a lot of them this place definitely needs to be reported to the better business bureaus because paying to live somewhere and they don’t keep the place up IS RIDICULOUS AND IM NOT GOING FOR IT !!!!

Subpar managerial support. the broken utility won't be repaired/replaced for a month and ongoing after agreeing to replace. Hell even had something broken by maintenance and was for to pay for it even submitting a complaint. In my time living here gone through a few property managers one even quit after 2 weeks of working which says a lot about this place

This place is horrible. I parked there overnight as a guest and woke up to my car gone. No warning or anything. New policies in place and the tenets knew nothing about them. Management was absolutely NO HELP! They knew nothing, had zero answers for me and honestly could care less. Whoever decided to hire this guy as property manager did not know what they were doing. He is extremely unprofessional!
