Visiting from out of town, it is a walk in clinic so expect to wait. They were kind and thorough and reasonably priced. They made accommodations for my reactive GS

Honestly some of the sweetest people I've ever met. They're so kindand cared so deeply for my guinea pig. They were thorough and taught my daughter (who would be giving the meds) how to give the medication. While you will have to wait since it's walk in only, it's definitely worth it.

My baby was bit by a snake and they had a decent wait time. I asked the ladies at the counter to just look him over to make sure he would be okay and they took him right back! Such a great vet and it really felt like they cared about my baby!

Staff was nice, we got checked in immediately. Being that their website says they are walk in only, we were shocked to see people walking in after us and being seen immediately. Not only this, but they are the only reptile vets in the immediate area and we ended up having to bring a heating pad from home for the 3 hours we were waiting. Any reptile owner and doctor for that matter should know that they are heat sensitive. They were going to give us surgical gloves with hot water in them to keep our lizard warm. For an animal dealing with a respiratory infection due to humidity. They only have one doctor in the office usually which is unacceptable. Not only am I dissatisfied with the service but now i do not trust in their treatment of reptiles.

Yes thats fine with them
No it's not expensive they're very good with your pets. Dr. Lewis is one of the most caring and gentle with her patients. Been going to them for years wouldn't go to any one else.
NOT sure, I took my potbelly pig in like 2 yrs. Ago, but went back a yr. Later and was told they were no longer treating them.
Heartworm tests are suppose to be yearly to my surprise they would NOT refill our pets meds he was tested October 14 2020 they wanted to retest him for $75 you all may swear by this place not me
I asked them the same thing and usually you'll have to pay up front and your pet insurance will reimburse you
I don't know if they have an email but they are really good about answering the phone during business hours. They are a walk in vet clinic. Super awesome..every single person there!!
Unknown needs to be requested information from the vets
Microchip is $40 regardless of size.
They do neuter/spay. We recently spayed our two female kittens, and it was $75 deposit per cat that went toward total spay cost. Total cost for us was $430. Price included anesthesia and sedation, fluids, antivomit meds, procedure, cone and pain meds for post-surgery care. When compared to other places around here, that is REALLY cheap, considering it is higher priced and only gets you sedation and the procedure.
If u can't afford shots upfront, take him to Banfield and get him on a pet plan. That is what I'm doing with my other two. I'm not sure about the shots at this vet. Call around and see what fits your needs. I got flea treatments and tick every month. Your puppy can't have flea shampoos at this age. Use Dawn dish soap. When to get to the vet, they will be able to give him a pill for the fleas. Best of luck.
Unfortunately as a practice no they don't but If you communicate with them they might
They saw our Kune=kune, so i think so. Not certain though, best to call.
The place that only does cats is called Fix a Friend, very cheap and does a good job. I had my cat done there and she did great. You drop off in morning and pick up that same day later
Office visit us about 35 and then the shots. Tractor supply does shots on Sat just for the cost of shots. Get there early.
Depends on what surgery. And no payment plans but they accept care credit.
Wow, I know this question and answer us old, but I couldn't help but get aggravated when reading the answers to the question asked and someone says that they take their pets to a different vet, then goes on and on about that vet and how great they are....umm, how about Dr Lewis or Dr Collier, who actually work at the vet to which these questions are referring, they are both amazing vets and women! I won't take my two bulldogs anywhere else!!! So, I realize you are probably just trying to up your points game with your reviews and answering questions, but try to actually answer the question which was asked instead of basically trying to refer someone to a different vet, which in reality, is exactly what you've tried doing... SMDH 🤨🤬
They have a morning session and an afternoon session but you should get there early because they are so awesome there is normally a line
