Unfortunately can't review my experience because of simply a lack of experience. We sat at the drive thru speaker for at least 5 minutes without one word of recognition at 7:45pm (closing time being 10pm on Google). When we finally gave up and drove up to the exit we saw at least 3 workers inside, some seated and one cleaning.

Took forever lack of employees 1 sandwich looked like mutilated chewed up meat .by far 1 of the worst ones they've ever served me

Sat in line 25’mins… only 2 cars ahead of us. Got to the window- asked to see a manager & the guy turned around & started to walk off & then he came back to the window & said he was the manager. After being in line 25 minutes- our order still wasn’t ready. Numerous people working & playing around!!! I will drive 5-7 miles to another Arbys before we go back to this one!!! Did call corp office & complain- doubt it does any good at all. Sad - this store might as well close… The 25 mins we sat in line- I counted 8 cars pulling off. Several went next door to bojangles!!!
