Management and Maintenance are wonderful. They are all so communicative and timely with any concerns. The apartments are nice, well maintained and spacious, and the grounds are beautifully kept. The community is kind, definitely kid-friendly, and was very welcoming. My children and I are glad that we get to call it home!

Remnant management. Go to their site. Call them directly. You will never get an answer from the complex. They are on a waiting list, 3-6 month estimated wait. Rent is based on income so you have to apply to get a rate. Good luck
