I have a case worker that moves so slow I applied for assistance a month and 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive any type of help even after I turned all my documents in I’m so frustrated I hate this office they are no help at all!!!!!

Hard to get ahold of anyone. Will never let anyone talk to a supervisor they say it's not allowed. However once you do get ahold of your counselor they help you no matter what!

Questions & Answers

They should have a hours where they’re most busy. That way people who work or mothers can arrange quick times to get in & out as fast as possible.

Usually if ur there right at opening u dont have to wait so long.. but everytime ive beeen there it hasnt been bad i get seen within 20 min... other counties i seriously waited over an hour.

No but if they don't qualify for Medicaid then u might with CHIP

If you go into the office they can make you a new card and give it to you while you wait. Maybe takes twenty minutes if they are not busy and they aren't usually busy since everything can be done online.

Is there a drop off box for assistance renewal applications ? My Mother was hospitalized and is going to be late for a postal pick up.
