They collected money for my CPAP machine upfront, but my insurance paid 100% and after several requests and promises to pay, they never refunded my payment. I don't trust these people.

Currently paying for a CPAP machine through Lincare but Im very unhappy with their service. My insurance has me paying monthly until I own the machine and while paying, supplies are covered. Would this be something your store could do too?

Yes, absolutely. We can only dispense what your physician has prescribed if you want to use your health insurance plan as the payer.
I have a prescription for a heavy duty walker with seat. I have Medicare and Tricare for life as a secondary. Can I get one through you?

Yes, we can provide the walker, but neither of those insurances pay for the seat. Accessories such as a seat, hand brakes and so forth will involve a copay.
I obtain CPAP supplies from you. I am having trouble with the nose pads - they are too big & too uncomfortable for my nostrils. Can I possibly receive the type of "nose pads (?)" that folks who use oxygen do? They look far more comfortable.

Do you have a shampoo cap that is used to wash someone's hair in a bed? A home health person said you put the cap on and it has something inside that you rub the person's hair with and then you dry the hair? Thank you.
