Randy did an overall great job with the outdoor lighting of our home. He responded to all of our questions promptly and he and his team did excellent work with the installation. We have received a number or compliments about the nighttime appearance of our home.

We have been extremely pleased with the lighting and services provided over the years by Outdoor Lighting Perspectives. We have been customers for over nine years. The team is knowledgeable, provide a superb lighting system, and have always responded in a most timely fashion to any need we have had. Recently our system went out due to storms. I called for assistance and they responded the next day. Regrettably we are leaving the area and selling our home. I am certain the new owners will be equally pleased with our system and any need they may have. Thank you Outdoor Lighting!!

Adjust lights, check every fixture's voltage, trim back shrubs, fix damaged lamps, find faulty connections and fix, and the list goes on. Being out in nature, even our highly durable outdoor lighting fixtures can't avoid mother nature. We urge all of our clients to join our affordable maintenance plan to let us handle keeping your lights performing and looking excellent year after year. Read the maintenance checklist here: https://www.outdoorlights.com/wilmington/resources/blog/2018/july/outdoor-lighting-maintenance-checklist/
It depends on the Ingress Protection rating of your fixture. Some fixtures can get damp, others can be submerged. We use IP65 in most cases, which can handle rain and storms, but not necessarily a flood. https://www.outdoorlights.com/wilmington/resources/blog/2019/october/can-outdoor-lights-get-wet-/
If your outdoor lighting fixtures are not naval brass, they can be corroded over time by salt water and salt water spray. Cleaning and treating them can help. But if you are near the ocean, we recommend going with the marine-grade brass. Savvy owners consider the lifetime cost of owning, running, and maintaining their home upgrades. While there are many variables in the cost of running an outdoor lighting system, we show how LED lights keep the cost quite low. An average user with average electricity pricing may spend around $22 in a year. Check out the math on our website: https://www.outdoorlights.com/wilmington/resources/blog/2019/october/how-much-does-it-cost-to-run-outdoor-lighting-/
