I'd give this branch ZERO stars if possible. Jacked home rates up over 100% with no notice and then when I cancel they charged me a cancelation penalty. They have lied about sending notices and actually sent us to collections for $90.94 after many years of doing business with them.. Will NEVER use Allstates services again.

I have had home insurance through this agency for years. I have gotten the absolutely best service, namely with Barbara Ager and Caroline Pecnik. When I review, I almost never give 5 stars because to me, you have to go above and beyond to get a perfect rating. In all my years I have rarely, if ever, encountered the level of service that I receive from Barbara Ager. She is perfection when it comes to taking care of their customers.
