my experience with Beverly the nurse practitioner was awesome. my needs for shots was several at one appointment and she was wonderful. she took her time explaining to me the needs for each one and the costs and so forth. very tentative. didn't have to wait. as a matter of fact i probably ate into some of her lunch time and she didn't mind at all. great experience CVS!!!!

The whole apt with the nurse practioner was pointless went in for an on going cough. Reports of wheezing and sob at times. I told her I recently took cough medication so she may not hear wheezing currently however at night I can barely lay down with out coughing wheezing SOB even after use of my inhaler etc. Coughing up green mucus at times. Well she basically said use OTC medication and still present in a week go to urgent care. No cough medicine or syrup or a simple Z pac. Did nothing for me, gave me my discharge papers and I left. Once with started reading in the car. Stated to start taking mucinex and using my inhaler "correctly" never once did she mention either of those suggestions or mucinexspecifically. My inhaler is PRN albuterol thats it. Just save your time and go to a urgent care or try a different CVS.

Waited hours to be seen, I have been sick for a week, sickest I have been sense I was 13 and I’m 24 now. The nurse was extremely rude to me because my blood pressure was higher than normal as if that’s my fault, and when she found out I didn’t have the flu she told me to get delsym (dextromethorphan) and I literally told her I have been taking NyQuil and DayQuil which both are practically the same thing just with an extra medication added. I asked, do you think I need an antibiotic, she the replied saying “if you still feel sick in a couple days come back” I’ve already been sick for a week, if it gets any worse I might have to go to the hospital, this place is a scam. I paid $105 for a waste of my time
