The company sales not for rent.
The staff wore masks and allow you to go tour the homes by yourself. Thereafter they maintained a 6' distance while answering any questions I had.
Yes they do home and land packages.
They have several different banks they work with.
No they are mobile homes, you put them where you want, it depends if you go to HOA community
