They have such unique items here, everything from the best honey that I've ever tasted to spreads, natural essential oil remedies, tinctures, one of a kind art home decor, to homemade crochet throws! Hello Dolly. Our Bee-Whipped Southern Spun Honey flavors do not require refrigeration after they have been opened. We generally tell our customers to treat it as a stick of butter. If you prefer it firm refrigerate it and if you prefer it to be soft and easier to spread, then leave it out. It will not go bad if left out of the refrigerator however. Thanks for asking. Enjoy!
