The staff was plentiful and knowledgeable on assisting with a search for any job in any industry. I was also provided with an abundance of information on job training

I've been relentlessly trying for over a year now to get an unemployment check of $12,000 reissued due to not being cashed within the 60 day period. Long story short; shockingly enough, no, I still haven't received my $ although still being forced to file taxes claiming I did... Anyway, "moral of the story/review", I ended up going here, (fully aware it's "Employment" not "Unemployment" office), in attempt to speak to anyone in person for any help/ideas at all. Not only did they kindly unlock the door and allow me in after they closed, (my bad; but online states 5pm closing when in actuality it's 4pm), they politely inquired about my visit and informed me of their thoughts on the matter although they have nothing to do with any of it at all. I was deeply appreciative of the simple humanity shown/given. Ok, well I'm off to call unemployment for the 97th time to explain the entire situation for the 97th time, to the 97th different person; only to be promised a call back within 24hrs regarding my, "high priority issue", but never actually receive it. Good times 😊

I am a consumer looking for employment and that is why I was at the unemployment office. During my job search, I typed in a zip code and received responses for up to a 50-mile radius.
They are not seeing anyone inside but the is a number posted on the door. Leave a message and they will call you back.
No, everything is by phone

Yes! Reemployment Services, Schooling options, Unemployment services, etc
No,
The best/easiest answer is to submit an application and see. There are a lot of different scenarios and other factors that are involved with determining eligibility. As a general rule of thumb, if there has been no change in your status at work, unemployment benefits will likely not apply. Also, the claim has to be monetarily valid before a decision will be made on reduction or loss of hours. So again, the best answer is to apply so all factors can be considered and a decision can be made. I hope this helped!
Yes we are open.
How do i apply for unemployment
Did u ever get an answer?
Yes, it is possible in certain scenarios to get unemployment while working at a job. Most of the time, that would require you to have been fired from your last job, start unemployment, and then start working at a job. You would get unemployment pay minus however many hours you worked a week (like unemployment $ minus 10 hours at $7.50 an hour, or howevee much you get paid)
