I had to get a copy made on cardstock paper. I didn't know a sign that was hidden behind other things that said that they would add an extra charge for them to print a copy from me. When I asked why so expensive she said that there was a sure charge. Then she said it's been there for about a month. She was very arrogant and condescending. I paid about $3 and some change just for one copy on cardstock paper. She could at least brought it to my attention of the sure charge. It's not like they were busy. I just went on and paid it. The customer service is not very desirable there. I only go there if it's absolutely necessary. I had brought in a necklace a while back to be returned that I had ordered through mail order and they lost it into this day they have not bothered to assist me with it. It even showed on film the woman taking my necklace and now it was lost and I've never been reimbursed for it. Thank goodness I only need them very rarely.

This is the second year this all-star team has printed posters for our client. They produced sterling results. They were fast, efficient and able to turn our project around in a quick manner. Today I have been using FedEx service for last 18 years and appreciated their service but today at 9:25am a lady at front desk at Donelson pike office and print store refused to send my item and asked to charge $90.00 while I know it was less.than $14 dollars.

Went here today to ship a couple things home. The rates were ridiculously high so I held back on 1 of the packages. I was told it would cost $150 to ship it. When I decided I had no choice, a new person was at the counter. He quoted me at $32. $32! $120 less than originally quoted. She originally had that number on her screen and tried to purposely make me pay much more than necessary. My other box cost $115 for 2 yoga mats and a camping grill. The manager agreed, the box was too big for what i had. She put my stuff in a larger box to charge me more. The manager wanted to help but i had to leave to catch a flight. If your goal is to get screwed, this is your location.
