This is our second time staying in Lothlorian. The kitchen has two refrigerators and is 100% stocked with everything you need to cook with and serve with. The color scheme is so lovely and peaceful and we felt at home. We like it so much that we reserved it for next year.

We have been coming to Holden Beach for many years and this was the first time at Coble Cottage. This was a beautiful house and location. We have already reserved for next year. We had a wonderful time!

Stayed at 887 OBW Miss B Haven 8/20-8/27/2022. I may be a bit critical as I owned a rental in South Nags Head for many years. Overall this is a beautiful home and location. The house is well suited for large families. Lots of games, books and puzzles. We had our 6 adult children, 6 grandchildren including 3 infants and all were comfortable. Some suggestions for the owner: replace the mattresses they are uncomfortable. Replace the recliner. That’s uncomfortable too. Buy more silverware. Not nearly enough to support a house that’s advertised to sleep 13. The rest of the kitchen is extremely well stocked. Light bulbs burned out, hvac filters needed changed, fan blades covered in dust, lamp in master bedroom missing the switch knob. Overall a lack of maintenance. The house did not advertise bottom level storage rooms and the agent told me there were none. There are actually 2 storage rooms that contained some beach items like boogie boards, toys, and well used beach chairs to use in a pinch. We may have brought our bikes if we knew there was closed (but not lockable) storage. There is an outside enclosed shower that we weren’t aware of before we arrived. We like these and this should be advertised and in photos. The back deck is awesome with 8 or 9 rockers. There is a hose and shower as you come to the house from the beach. The pool was great. The kids spent entirely too much time in the pool. All in all a good vacation location and house is set up well with those few exceptions I noted above.
