The best staff ever the house keepers are number 1 and are very kind and friendly the front desk is so great 👍👍👍 awesome awesome, everyone of them and Heaven is a really good front desk manger very good at what she does, also Hotel manager Aron Smith is really really a sharp guy , knowledgeable, and wise. Great job guys keep it up.

I would’ve gotten a better night sleep had I slept in my car. There were other noisy guests outside on the second floor balcony until the late hours of the night. The room had a lingering odor of old cigarettes. The exterior stairwell was littered with used cigarette butts. Unfortunately, the pillows were lumpy and made for an impossible nights rest. At check out I waited over 5 minutes at the desk for an employee before dropping my key and walking out. I will never stay here again.

The positive for this hotel is the location. It is conveniently located near the university and any food options. Unfortunately, that is where the positive ends. On entering the room, the overwhelming smell of bleach required us to have to ventilate the room. Check in was terrible and the front desk agent was completely devoid of what customer service meant. Issues that arose during the stay included a defective tv remote and no ownership of the problem was taken by the agent. Overall, this hotel is a hard pass.

Our initial room was absolutely dirty. Accumulation of dust on the ice tray and bucket. (That says a lot?). Hair In the tub and sink. It smelled of smoke. Given another room a little better. The soap holder in the shower was full of soap scum. Hair in the shower. It felt dirty, and muggy and uncomfortable!
