Went in to replace my lost debit card and the man who helped me told me what I came in for was easily done in the app, like I was wasting his time even asking/being there. When I told him I’d rather do it in person he asked for my Id, I provided it. Then he asked for another form of Id, like a debit card, I told him that’s why I was there, to get another one. As someone who works in customer service, the last thing you want to do is tell them “oh you can do it on the app” instead of actually helping.

Terrible ineffective bankers at this poorly staffed branch. It shouldn’t take half a day to staying in the branch for a banker make a call to verify documents.

Probably the slowest bank I’ve ever been in my entire life. Horrible! I live right by it but will drive out of my way to avoid this branch

This bank bank has possibly one of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I'm considering closing my personal account w Bank of America and joining here Just because of the excellent treatment when I come in for my business needs. The tellers are the nicest ladies I've met at a bank. Good way to make and keep customers.
