Seriously your company signs me up for an account and when I asked to help me set up my online banking accounts. You guys said YOU DO NOT HELP WELL ..I told you guys my left eye is disabled and that I can not read paper print very well. I went home and set up my saving account to recieve all my bills I put it in the wrong account because I could not READ IT RIGHT When there was not one but 6 over drafts I noticed half my money gone every time I have a deposit. So I go to this God aweful services center and speak to what I would assume is the bank assist. After 40 minutes of waiting they finally can Tell me that because it was not our error. Well you bet it was error. Because having a good service for the disabled I was told Compass BBVA was recommended by a few friends who told me thier bankers helped them and that was who I thought I had. I gues this bank does not want to own up to It might not have been a BANK ERROR BUT IT WAS DEFINETELY A CUSTOMER SERVICE ERROR. because next I am takimg this farther with some harsh truths
