I asked for my bank statements for last year. Teller referred me to my app told I can print them myself. I wouldn't have minded paying for it. Instead I was asked you don't have a printer ? I wouldn't have drove up here if could print them myself. Not sure why this was such a difficult thing for her to do.

Wouldn't deposit our checks for reasons unknown. We own a small business that has a DBA title and when we tried to deposit our checks , they wouldn't because the name was not exactly the same, but if they could read the endorsement on the back of the check, they would read the DBA name matches the name on the check. Tried calling to clear this issue up, and could not reach anyone. Maybe it's poor training, maybe it's because Chase doesn't support small business, either way, this isn't the first time we've had issues and after having an account with them over forty years, we'll be taking our business elsewhere

Drive through says they open at 9:30 AM, yet there is no one here. There’s lines of customers waiting for over thirty minutes and they didn’t open. Horrible customer service. Why would you not open? Or at least put up a sign or something?? Instead of making all of us waste our time. First time I come to this bank and last time.
