Waited in line over 30 minutes just to cash a check. Only 2 tellers working. One teller walked away from teller and nobody came to take her spot and it was at least 20 people on line still needing service. Worst Wells Fargo will never go back

Waited in lobby with my mother in law for 20 minutes and they did not allow my 4 year old to use the restroom as it isn’t for public use. Luckily the Dollar General across the parking lot allowed us to use theirs, awesome customer service on Dollar Generals behalf to compensate for Wells Fargo’s wait times and rude associates.

Hi Jessica. You could not ever understand It 2 hours today to get through the drive-through in the Commercial lane. So why would I email you I can clearly see You still have not fixed the problem.!!!!! Maybe I need to go on Facebook live The next time I am in your Drive through

This location needs to hire more people I was waiting in the line for 30 minutes and it was only 2 cars ahead of me had to go .I'm truly sorry we didn't provide prompt customer service at the drive-up window, Isela .
