Very late with our appetizers, no dipping sauce. After at least 20 minutes after we ordered the wait person told us "sorry we are out of prime rib" My wife then ordered the fish fry which was served to her very undercooked.

We arrived at 12:45… order taken at 1:08.. sat there for almost an hour while a manager was called in, waitresses complaining that they don’t have staffing..back and forth in loud conversations that was really disruptive..the banter from this manager and staff was totally unprofessional. Our order was not complete, cold and still missing what we ordered. Tried to reason with the manager, she turned the whole conversation around and blamed the waitress staff on the total ineptness.. AT THE TABLE!!!!!!!WHAT MANAGER WOULD DO THIS? You have a goldmine here and you just could tell, this establishment is in the toilet, other patrons were served within 10 minutes of sitting at the bar.. do you know what happened? The poor waitress used HER EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT to make us satisfied WHILE THE MANAGER BERATED HER RIGHT IN FRONT OF US!! ….and Two couples walked out. The kitchen obviously needs to be retrained also, the food needs attention, ordered the smothered chicken, it was burnt with no carmelized onions and mushrooms...and appetizer was cold. HOOLIGANS!! TIME FOR RETRAINING.. DON’T YOU THINK?
