Take your money and run. We showed up to our room and it was 86 Degrees! I turned on the AC and it blows hot air. As per the instructions from the front desk we shut the AC off to let it defrost from 5p to 230 am. Keep in mind it was in the high 90s so plenty of time to defrost but I digress. We were unable to sleep at all. The next morning I brought up how bad of a night we had to the guy at the front desk and his response was "sorry the best we can do is give you a discount for last night and cancel the remainder of your stay". I asked if they could fix the issue with either a vendor or maintenance of some sort and again was told there was nothing the could do. When I asked for manager info the man said he was in fact the GM of this hotel and offered me fans. I usually only want to leave good reviews for folks but this was by far the worst experience if had in a long time. We got a room across the street at the Hampton and there were no issues.

Positive: I didn't die or get sick. Negative: Check in was broken (Alex did a great job to get things worked out). Room was not as clean as it should be. The bed was not queen size-it was double. Breakfast was minimal. Parking was a joke. Pool was cold. I will not return unless in dire straights.

Horrible customer service, I made a reservation and they did not notify that if canceled they'd require 24 notice. The clerk was very rude with me, and they still charged me the full room price. I had to cancel due to an accident smh HERRENDOUS. And to top it all off, the clerk hung up on me in my face, wouldn't reccomend this hotel to my worst enemy

The rooms are pretty small, no real room to place your luggage and then walk. Also, if I had known there was no carpet on the room floors I definitely would have stayed at the Ramada. Lesson learned
