No clerk at front desk at check-in time. Had to stand and wait for 30 minutes until a barely interested woman showed up. Bathtub would not drain. Desk chair handles were sticky and filthy. Ants. Many small issues weren't a problem on their own but together they led to a disappointing stay. The front desk was vacant again in the morning. The staff we did see were very polite.

1. No food on site OR IN THAT PART OF TOWN (no eateries out there) made our 11PM arrival not a happy time (Advertised airport shuttle nonexistant). 2. Oblong toilet bowl fitted with a ROUND toilet seat required a real balancing act. Seat was loose and wobbled. Never fixed. Matt offered a room change. 3. Business center printer out of paper from Sunday to Wednesday. 4. Illuminated light switch installed upside down. 5. Fitness center had 4 apparati of REALLY low quality. 6. Fitness Center stayed HOT. 7. Fitness Center hours advertised open at 5AM. WRONG. Had to request access to get in. 8. Fitness Center placard said "Wipe machines after use." No wipes available. 9. Sanitizer at 1st floor elevator stayed empty. 10. Room had 2 phones that did not work. 11. B'fast was GREAT. 12. B'fast area remained open w/ access to cereal, fruit, yogurt, jelly, paper goods and plasticware ALL DAY. Very handy. 13. Matt and rest of desk-staff pleasant and helpful. 14. Housekeeping staff same, but cleaning schedule not clear. 15. Room was clean, comfortable, good AC and heat. 16. Great view of mtns. 17. VERY quiet. Almost NO traffic noise. 18. Pool is good. 19. Not a bad hotel, but operated on the cheap. 20. I would stay again.

Dalcie and Matt were so friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They both went above and beyond to make sure we were set for the couple days we planned to be there, and even more so after we got stuck because of the weather. They were so hospitable and welcoming anytime we came to the desk or even when we just walked past it. They were really great to us, I will stay at this hotel everytime I am in Sheridan, and would recommend it to anyone else who comes up.

Me and my fiance were there for a week due to a family emergency and our room was only cleaned once and that was after I went down to the desk to complain, then the next day first thing in the morning house keeping barges in and wakes us up, we NEVER had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door during our stay. The breakfast was barely edible given that they have no kitchen in the back, only a microwave and everything is processed such as powdered eggs and cereal. We're better off going to the Hampton down the street given that they cost the same.
