I’ve been a Chase customer for decades and this is my closest branch. I’ve never experienced such blatant disregard and disrespect in my entire life. I will NEVER go to this branch again. I came in to get a few documents notarized. I was told by the very pleasant bank teller to have a seat and he’d have the notary come over. I waited. I waited patiently. I waited for over 30 minutes. I witnessed their notary take customers who came in AFTER me. She finally came out to escort a customer to their safety deposit box. On her way back to the counter after I had waited patiently for over 30 minutes, she proceeded to tell me she didn’t have time to notarize documents. Call me a “Karen” but I’m also a customer. I waited in line. I should have been served. Instead, I was turned away because they were busy. DO BETTER!!!

ATM always has issues depositing money. This branch will be the reason for Leaving Chase all together.
