This is a Hidden gem! We took High Ridge Loop Trail and it offers amazing valley views. A perfect place to take a sunset walk if you are near this park. This trail gets steep once you hike up but overall worth it to see the great views. There are many other trails around this park as well. All trails are well marked.

I love this park. Lots of shade n sunny area. Good elevation and hills look green with lots of wild flowers. Enjoyed my hike here.

Nice view of the bay on the ridge trail. Dogs can be off leash while livestock not around. Big parking lot but could be full at times.

Tranquil and beautiful park with picnic areas, Jordan Pond, Garin Barn, and more.

Definitely ¡
It's an open park. Pretty much any kind of games are permitted. When we have family reunions over here we play softball, egg toss, and all kinds of crazy games.
it is!!
Yes, fishing is allowed according to: https://www.ebparks.org/parks/garin/default.htm Fishing The Jordan Pond pier was constructed in 1987 by Park District crews using materials provided through the generosity of the Hayward, South Hayward, and Mt. Eden Lions Clubs. Jordan Pond has naturally reproducing populations of large-mouth bass, bluegill, and sunfish. The Park District also plants channel catfish in the pond once or twice a year. See the Anglers' Edge web page for fish planting information. Anglers aged 16 or older must have a state fishing license.
Unfortunately, you cannot ride your dirt bike.
Yes 2 years ago my dog was bit by a rattlesnake had to go to emergency vet she's okay now
They do not have there but if you walk through the forest there are wild animals.
No , Park has opening and closing time depends on daylight.
Not sure but there loomed like a ranger building so I would call that number
there is one restroom about a mile from the entrance, starting on the Elementry School, Its a beautiful walk to the grave site
It's written $5, but the kiosk was closed when we went on Friday evening.
I'm not sure I never use them .. sorry
I'm not sure of the opening time but I know its open after 12 pm and it closes at 10 pm from the outside. If your inside you can leave at any time.
Yes
there's a dam/spillway along the southwest side. the trail crosses over it if you walk the High Ridge trail back to the parking lot
No! The pond is not suitable for swimming, but definitely you can enjoy watching the ducks!
Sorry I don't know, I have never reserved the picnic area. I'm sure if you went to the East Bay regional park website you should be able to find the cost for reserving a site at Garin
