Yes 2 years ago my dog was bit by a rattlesnake had to go to emergency vet she's okay now
There is a lot of wildlife in the park. However all the animals tend to keep to themselves. There's plenty of food for everyone up there there's no need to pray on people or people's pets. The thing you have to watch out for the most are rattlesnakes. One of my dogs actually did get bit once. Just keep your eyes open
I've been hiking regularly there now for the past year at least 3 to 5 days a week. I stay on the trails. I have seen Bobcats wild boar, coyotes and deer from a distance as well as skunks. I have not seen a mountain lion nor have I seen any snakes. Though I do watch my footing and I never sit down without 1st looking. Oh and of course there are cattle on the trail.
There are snakes, but if you stay on the trails, you probably won't see one. As for larger animals, if you are extremely lucky, you might see a coyote or bobcat before they run away from you.
If you stay on the trails you should be fine, but it's nature so of course you should still be careful.
I like garin regional Park is magical park and magical people 😍😎🙂😃
Yes, mountain lions and snakes
I personally haven't seen it, but there are snakes and other creatures that inhabit the park. Near the front of the park, there is a notice about you might encounter. Just be aware of your surroundings and watch your step.
Yes but its highly unlikely. The worst thing that there is are a couple if snakes but if you don't get close to them they won't attack. But the park does include animals like deer, bobcats, and cows.
