So much fun here for the kids to run and release there energy built up from this Covid epidemic. Plenty benches and different play areas for different age groups to all find something they can do and enjoy. My kids love to play here itβs usually clean and safe with lots of open spaces and wonderful views of roses and historic buildings as well as picnic areas.

Nice quiet park that includes a nicely maintained children's playground with lots of stuff for the children to play on. There is an area for larger group gatherings with plenty of tables and benches and a grilling area. Conveniently located by the playground area and the public restrooms. The mansion is beautiful and of historical importance to the area. There are tours but im not familiar with days, times, fees, restrictions, etc. it does have a wheelchair accessible ramp. Nice quiet family oriented atmosphere with a decent walking or jogging pathway as well. Dog friendly too.

a review from @amom2kidsandapark I love this park! So much open space! A lot of paths for bike riding/scooting. A decently sized (and spaced out) play area with 3 play structures. A fountain! A rose garden! A big mansion! A gazebo! Old farm equipment! Covered picnic area! Seriously whatβs not to love?! With a parking lot and a bathroom it seriously has it all! ππΌ The biggest play structure is like three stories tall π¦. Thereβs a spiral staircase to the look out tower, a spiral slide, a short wide slide, a bridge, learning activities, various ladders, money bars, and monkey rings that lead to the smaller part of this structure. The smaller part has two slides (a sidewinder and a tube slide). There are also steps for this structure. In the same are there are two other stand along play structures with slides, steps, ladders, and learning activities. (One of the structures has one a ladder as access). In a separate section there is a swing set with standard and bucket swings plus a tire swing. This is too far for my comfort to have one kid at the playground and one on the swings. The mansion is so beautiful! There are flowers all around and a huge cactus π΅. I think thereβs a way to get inside for a tour but maybe not right now. Such a beautiful place for a park day and many opportunities for photo ops around the grounds.

Meek Park is beautifully manicured year-round, which makes it great for photos! I'm a photographer and recommend this location often because it's easy and there is variety in aesthetics. Also, the Gazebo is a great "plan B" for rainy day photos!

Yes they are! Just make sure you bring poop bags with you. Im assuming you have to keep them on a leash as I have never seen any dogs loose. Also just FYI.. there's a nice dog park on Meek as well.
If its not reserved your fine you dont have to pay they usally post it around the table area if its reserved if not its first come first serve
The inside Perimeter where the Lawns and the playground is very short if you walk all the way around through the front of the building it's probably about 1/4 Mile
