Fenced and locked. Cannot access even from the hiking trail. Probably requires special permission to get inside legally.

Looks interesting, but you will probably only be seeing it over a fence. The cemetery is fenced off and I am unsure if there is a time that it is ever open to the general public. However, you can stand on stumps near the fence and get a decent view of most of the cemetery.

Cannot get to it by vehicle... about a 1/4 mile walk back into the woods. Not as creepy as I had imagined, though... but very cool!

Is it possible to see inside at all? Can you contact the key holders and ask or is it completely gone to everyone else for good? Thanks in advance!

It is open a couple of times a year, I believe you can contact a local key holder for viewing as well. Looks like Don Ramsey of the Canemah cemetery association may be able to assist? https://www.orcity.org/community/canemah-neighborhood-association

When is the next time gates are open for public entrance?

It's not open to the public. The gates are never unlocked.
