Stayed for a week for business. The hotel staff were all very nice friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was good each morning. The location was within a secure area. Felt very safe with my vehicle outside.

Work truck was stolen overnight out of a secured, fenced parking lot with an advertised overnight security guard. Suspicious that the security cameras for the police report were not working that night. Despite staying at this location enough times, to secure a corporate rate, will never send personnel here again. Recommendation - take a ride share to get here if you like your vehicle.

We stay at this hotel every time we fly out of Oakland. It is conveniently located off the freeway and close to the airport. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, clean and the beds are comfortable. The shuttle is very convenient, on time ad drivers are great.

The restaurant food was fast and delicious. I plan to go back just to eat dinner or lunch. Service is very friendly at the hotel overall. Beds are HUGE! Only problem we had was a leak in the bathroom ceiling and you have to call for room cleaning. Otherwise, it is a great, affordable hotel experience.
