Asked if i could do an over the phone pickup order with cash, she said that they didnt do that. I tried explaining i didnt have a card (lost it, waiting for replacement.) She hung up on me. I ordered from there all the time in the past. I wont go back.

At South China Inn on Rice street in St. Paul
You have to call when you are outside for pickup. Your food is placed on a table and you grabbed your food and leave. They are not accepting cash at this time. Your order has to be pre paid.
I told So China on Rice str as a well known customer..she the owner said " oh I dont know" and blew me off.
