A plus by excellent specially with the new Manager and Mrs Johnson who will go the extra mile in order to help a client. I am surprised by her willingness and accurate answer to many questions. I Dont mean to be Rude But im a Professional,I understand the Amount of Business which Banks Have,I get that But i Waited 20 minutes which I counted Wanting to Create an Account With Your Credit Union and I usually Test the Intro. first as this is a Precursor to Gold Standard Business,in any Given Institution Specifically dealing With Finances as I am searching for a Good Bank institution, Your Phone Reception was inadequate for me Having to Wait then being told to leave a message Im sorry Maybe your Too busy at this Branch,Please have someone Answer The calls Given..It will lose For you some great Business Ai s Are great but they also lose Good Business..Thank you
