Been living here for a few months, and the management has always come through for whatever needs to be done with our apartment! Big shout out to Helen Tran the assistant manager here at burlington she has gone out of her way many of times to resolve the issues that concern us and made sure to handle it as quick as possible she's an awesome manager!

Ever since the Lincoln Property Company took over, it has been better! There are many negative reviews talking about the crimes and “poor” management due to being understaffed (normal issues that any apartment complex faces) but no one talks about the good things! The new management has created a small community in complex! They have food trucks here on Tuesday, we have community yard sales, celebrate holidays like Easter, etc. There’s also better control of the parking lot and 7-day security from 9pm-6am. Maintenance request gets filled within 1-2 days in my experience. They know their resident’s name and doesn’t shy away people. Especially Helen and Makayla! Both have been so great and wonderful even during these staff storages. They understand the problems of the apartment because they both live here! Helen is very approachable and always acknowledge me and my dog whenever she sees us. It’s getting better, not amazing. It’s still St. Paul. Just my experience. I’m looking forward for more community events and great things from the company this summer! A great community.

I've been a resident for years now and have never been treated this way before. I (Asian) was waiting by the elevator to go home after working a long shift with 2 other residents a black man and elder white lady. Out of no where Sarah the new manager walked over and just started to say how are you doing today to thin air? Not knowing who she was talking to me and the other guy kept responding back to her with I'm doing fine and OK. Sarah continue to ignore the 2 of us even though we are replying back with the same question two more times. The elder lady with us did not respond once until Sarah got in front of her face. Elder lady stay back and had a conversation with Sarah while me and the other guy went inside the elevator. Every time I saw Sarah in the hallway, she never talked to me once not even a simple hi until she saw me a few days later with my dog. My dog was known in the community by a lot of people so it's like she finally realized that I am a resident because of my dog. My dog basically was the one who vouched for me as being a resident for her to attempted to talk to me. I'm already annoyed at this point of her rudeness and being disrespected that I no longer wanted to communicate with her.

if I could give this place zero stars I truly would and I mean that from the bottom of my heart! this place sells you false promises on these luxury apartments that aren’t so luxury. from the trash room is being piled up constantly followed by a funky odor, to having problems with hot water consistently to having unprofessional management who are rude and disrespectful! there is no quality work done in these apartments as well (see pictures provided)oh and let’s not forget all the car break-ins including our heated underground parking garage. This place is a JOKE. worst renting experience all around!
