This place never messes up our order. If your a Detroit style person, their pizza unbeatable, real cheese, good toppings, greasy, chewy, but good crispy grime around the edges. I'm embarrassed to say I almost order from them every week.

Order online from the Maplewood store. Received a notification that it was delivered, but found out nothing was there. Called the branch where they explained we listed the wrong address, which was untrue after double checking my email (I had him list out our address on the phone) and he said there was nothing he could do. The driver was driving back to the wrong location to pick up the food and it would be almost an extra hour before it could be delivered. While on the phone I said that it sounded like our pizza was going to be cold, but Jets admitted that nothing could be done. I asked him to cancel the order where he hung up on me. I understand that mistakes happen, but throughout this interaction asked him to provide customer service as if he was in my shoes waiting an extra hour for cold pizza. Ordered pizza someplace else.

We stopped in to order a hand tossed pizza but they recommended the deep dish and it was SO GOOD! The crust was so good, crispy and buttery and delicious. Highly recommend

Every since I first tried Jets. I have been wanting to get more. This time I got the Jets 10 Large pizza. The Italian Deli Boat with a side of Bone in Sweet Red Chili wings.
