What do ya do when you have an order of bad food??

I told So China on Rice str as a well known customer..she the owner said " oh I dont know" and blew me off.

Drop an F bomb or 2 when you return your food. Maybe even a derogatory name or 3.. that should get ya what you want.

They are very good about replacing or refunding if they mess up!!

Call waitress over and politely let her know and return the food for either a new order or a refund
