Such a fun trip. Kids would have loved a playground but stayed busy the whole weekend anyway

Good sized campground. Most of the sites are big and well sized. Bathrooms and showers are clean. Staff is friendly. Lots to do for hiking, fishing, kayaking. Would've gotten 5 stars but my dogs couldn't swim anywhere close. No dogs allowed on the beaches.

Great campground! Zero complaints, all the staff was great check in was super easy, bathrooms clean. Overall GREAT experience and we are looking forward to going back.

Almost a home run. On the plus side, the sites are large and private. On the minus side, they allow generators to be run from 9am-noon and 5-9pm for RVers which really ruins the camping experience for everyone else. They are dreadfully LOUD. I think if you are an RVer who needs power, go to a campground that has hookups! We also found the layout to be less than ideal, specifically that the awesome playground is located at the far end of the park by the public beach. It is too far from the campground to walk there, so we had to drive as the roads were quite narrow/ hilly for biking. I wish they had a 2nd playground on the camper's beach end of the park or closer to the campsites themselves.

Yes we were there yesterday and there was 3 kayaks in the water.
There are water spigots along the roads in the camping area.
And
Yes. The fill station is near the dumping station.
Not sure it was minimal last year
Yes but the campers beach is awful. So contaminated with duck waste you don't even want to swim
You can have a boat at your campsite for sure. There were people camping there that had all different kinds of trailers attached to their vehicles. Happy camping!
We were on site 307 last fall! Do not know the person you speak of but i like your taste in sites!
It was $4 for me
I believe the campers beach is open, but it's swim at your own risk. If the day beach is open, I'm sure that would be cheaper, but not sure what the schedule is after labor Day
Verizon was okay. Camping is better without being glued to cell phones, but nice to have service for emergency calls.
Yes
Beach gates close at 8pm
It isnt presently there are 5 other ponds in the immediate area to enjoy as well
They have a lot of sites available that are first come first serve. Which basically means whoever gets there first can grab the site. They tend to have a lot of those and they're pretty good sites
They do not officially offer off seasion camping but perhaps with a phone call to the fish and game they will let u
I don't believe so but i will check tomorrow and let you know but we believe I it is still open
