Over the two years of being here, the parking has gotten ridiculously bad and it's being ignored which is sad. People are forced to park wherever they can fit their car which includes the grass, no parking zones, handicap spots, and even in the road which is completely crazy because they can't do anything about it and risk being towed which is unfair to them. I was lucky enough to get a garage after being on a wait list for 3 months so I can park my car in the garage because there's not a single spot when I get off work late. Below are some of the images of how parking here will on a average night, the circles are the no parking zones that people are forced to park at and risk being towed because they literally have no other choice. When I first moved in the first winter they removed the no parking sign on one side of the road because there were so many cars parked there because none of them had any parking spots available, which was a temporary solution to the problem. Something needs to be done about this issue because it's only getting worse.

After reading all of these reviews, most of them are NEGATIVE! Wow! I won’t even consider moving to this apartment! No thank you! 😱Don’t want to risk my health due to exposure to possible mold 🤮in windows and doors, etc…. If there is excessive presence of mold - that’s serious health risk to residents!!!! 🤢 Report to health department, mold is dangerous to person’s health. Parking needs to be address to allow residents to safely park in the community. Don’t recommend this apartment to anyone! My friend told me not come here at all, thankfully I listened to my friend, avoid a lot of hassles and stress!

These apartments are a fair price, especially in this market. I am pleased with management. Ashlie was very welcoming and has a very bubbly attitude. I recommend these apartments.

Can't really recommend this place to anyone and here's why 1. Theft has been an ongoing issue since we moved here. Our old neighbor had his truck broken into and all his tools were stolen, my garage was broken into and …We are sorry to hear that your experience in our community has not met with your expectations. We assure you that it is always our goal to provide outstanding service to our tenants, and we are disappointed to have fallen short of the five-star standard which to which we hold ourselves. We understand that parking may be limited, we have done all that can be done in terms of changing that by adding additional spaces within the community. While we can't eliminate crime from happening, we do make every effort to promote preventative measures. We never want our residents to experience crime at home, or anywhere else. In an effort to address specific issues, please contact the property manager. We appreciate you candor in this matter.
