DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Management at this housing complex is horrendous!! It may look nice but trust me maintenance does a horrible Job. I had a leak in my apartment that caused a hole they came and patched it up, months later the leak continued and I advised the office of the leak and water damage and it took them A long time to come. Terry is a horrible property manager, she is unprofessional along with her office staff. The playground has been broken for 2 years and Terry has no intention on fixing it!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Front desk is unprofessional, Terry the manager is unprofessional as well! The maintenance department doesn’t do their job correctly which causes more issues. I’ve had water damage on my ceiling for over 6 months and been told that maintenance would complete the work order and they never came. My neighbors had a leak that hadnt been addressed for about 2 months. The playgrounds have been broken for about 2 years with numerous complaints and maintenance and Terry claim they have more important work orders to complete. In the summer the pool is not opened all the time as well. All the amenities York Towne claims to provide they do not!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years. Terrible experience. The office staff is rude. They act as if they are doing you a favor by allowing you to rent from them. Poor customer service skills. Apartments have adequate space, but need upgrades to appliances, cabinets, light fixtures, and windows (old and mildewy) Stand up shower was old and the floor kept peeling every 3 months they would send someone to repaint it. I had a small fire in the ceiling of the upstairs bathroom, thankfully my son noticed it in the vent while sitting on the toilet. It was because of old/bad wires. Mildew smell in the laundry room due to water leaking inside the wall. The issues were fixed, however, I feel as if they put some consideration into doing some decent upgrades these problems would have been noticed ahead of time. Instead they just put cheap white paint over everything. If you can find something else, I’d encourage you to.
