Braintree Village is an amazing community, the beautiful ladies at the office always greet you with q lovely smile, they make us the tenants feel valued and appreciated by always taking care of our apartments units, they respond to the maintenance requests super quick and they keep improving the properties, we just got our new balcony doors and we love them, I would like to thank the head of maintenance for making it happen. We love our new Maintenance crew, they did an amazing job with our balcony doors, I been here since 2016 and the ladies at the office are amazing, Heather, Carlota & Kristen always have a smile and treat everyone with respect. The new head of maintenance is wonderful he makes sure that all repairs are completed in a timely manner and he always makes sure his tenants are satisfied with everything before he closes the work orders… We love leaving here at Braintree Village

Have lived here for about 10 years and by far this property is looking and feeling better, The new head of maintenance is great at getting work done and with communicating with the residents. We are in our sixties and have had lots of contact with the office they are great

Braintree Village has greatly improved with the new staff and Maintenance crew. Work orders are being processed quicker then I have ever seen in my 8 years of living here. The office staff is first rate they will take the time no matter how busy they are to discuss issue and fix any problems. The new head of the maintenance department has created a great line of communication so that repairs are completed as quickly as possible with minimal disruptions to the tenants. My hope is that the management company will continue to support the current staff in making Braintree village a safe, clean affordable place to live ..
