My husband and I had never considered using a financial planner. Since we started using Kelly we absolutely have a better idea of what we have, where to put it, and overall, working with Kelly has reduced some of the stress that comes with looking forward to retirement. They are proactive about reaching out to schedule phone or in office meetings. Anytime I called, they were extremely quick to call me back.

I would not recommend Kelly Financial Services. They are unresponsive and irresponsible with fund management. Our family invested and were misled about a $20,000 benefit we would receive. Additionally attempts to process death benefit claims were poorly handled, Kelly delayed action for several weeks causing multiple banking transactions to be reversed and were only resolved after dealing directly with the financial entity, in our case Allianz. I would strongly recommend NOT using Kelly Financial Services in Braintree Ma. You will be disappointed.

Do NOT use Kelly Financial. Highly unprofessional ever since Bill's passing. No "team' like they claim on website. Bad reputation--Embarassing and shameful! It seemed like they used to have it together. Take your money elsewhere.
